Who we are

Floy'd Landscaping LLC is a family-owned lawn care and landscaping company serving Annapolis & Anne Arundel County. We are a service-area business — we travel to our customers and have no premises open to the public, so we are reached by phone or email rather than at a counter.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in an estimate or contact form, or call or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property the work is for, and whatever you tell us about the job. We only ever have what you choose to send.

Basic technical information. Like any website, ours is served over the internet, so our hosting provider and the services named below receive standard request data such as your IP address and browser type. We do not combine that with anything to build a profile of you.

What we do not do. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking. We do not buy personal information about you, and we do not sell, rent or trade yours.

Services this site relies on

A few third parties are involved in running the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Our form and messaging provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel). Estimate and contact form submissions are delivered and stored through it so we can reply. It may set cookies that are necessary for the form to work. If we later switch on the chat widget the site is built for, it runs through the same provider.
• Supabase. Hosts and resizes the job photographs shown in our gallery and on service pages.
• OpenStreetMap. Supplies the map tiles on our service-area map. Your IP address is visible to them when that map loads.

How we use your information

• To reply to you and prepare a written estimate.
• To schedule, carry out and invoice the work you ask for.
• To keep in touch about work in progress or a recurring schedule.
• To keep our own records of jobs we have quoted and completed.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for an estimate. If we ever want to send you something other than a reply about your enquiry or your job, we will ask first.

Photographs of completed work

We photograph work we have finished and may show it on this site or on social media. These are pictures of landscaping — lawns, beds, borders and planting. We do not caption them with customer names or addresses. If you would rather we did not photograph your property, tell us before or during the visit and we will not, and if a photo of your property is already published and you want it removed, email us and we will take it down.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as we need them for our business and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email floydlawncare6@gmail.com and we will deal with it. If we have to keep something — an invoice, for example — we will tell you what and why.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
